I get it that sometimes things come up, life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please kindly let me know as soon as possible as to allow other guests to fill that appointment slot. ~ Your appointment is at a set time, I ask that if you are running behind, please let me know so I can try my best to accommodate you. Anything after 10 minutes late may have to be rescheduled. PLEASE TEXT with your name and a quick message to (856)521-3767 NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELATIONS (including late rescheduling) While I do try my best to accommodate you, I expect mutual respect of time. NO SHOWS and LATE CANCELATIONS (within 12 hours of your appointment time) will be charged 50% of total services booked. This fee must be paid prior to receiving any further services. Frequent last minute cancelations will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% or $20, whichever is greater, upon booking thereafter. Frequent no shows will be banned from booking online and will be required to contact us directly at (856)521-3767 to schedule PLUS pay in full at time of booking, which will be non-refundable. No appointments will be confirmed until these fees are paid. These policies are in place to protect my small business. I thank you for and appreciate your understanding.
