I get it that sometimes things come up, life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please kindly let me know as soon as possible as to allow other guests to fill that appointment slot. ~ Your appointment is at a set time, I ask that if you are running behind, please let me know so I can try my best to accommodate you. Anything after 10 minutes late may have to be rescheduled. Please reach out by TEXT with your name and a quick message to (856)521-3767 NO SHOWS AND LATE CANCELATION (including late rescheduling) While I do try my best to accommodate you, I expect mutual respect of time. If late cancelations are habitual you will be subject to a fee of 25% of the total of your missed services booked. NO SHOWS will be charged 50% of total services booked. This fee must be paid prior to receiving any further services. You will also be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 20% or $15, whichever is greater, upon booking thereafter. Repeated late rescheduling of the same appointment (3) will also require the same non-refundable deposit. These policies are in place to protect my small business.
